Today you can see that there are quite a good number of tattoo removal options open before you, you may therefore go for the best.
Although the removal of tattoo has been there for many years now, the sole method for removing tattoo involved invading the skin which left unsightly scars on the spot of the existing tattoo. Fortunately, today’s technology has given birth to a novel method in this regard that is not invading like its early counterpart.
Up until recently, the methods available in the market were Salabrasion, Dermabrasion and Excision. All three methods were equally unfriendly for the patients’ skin. All three of these methods used to leave hideous scars on the patients skin. As for the only surgical method to be used in getting tattoos removed. Excision is surgically removing tattoo, a method that leaves unsightly scars on its bearers. In this method the ink of the tattoo is cut out by the surgeons. As long as the tattoo is pretty small, this method is perfect as it thoroughly removes the tattoo. It does not leave any big scar as the original tattoo in question was small. But excision method is not perfect for those with larger tattoos, because in that case the scar left is big.
Although Dermabrasion and Salabrasion seem to be different, they are almost the same. Each of these methods involve the use of an oscillating device that is passed to the ink of the tattoo. Dermabrasion is a method that dictates that the tattoo be sprayed with a freezing substance before the abrasion begins, while the Salabrasion sprays the area with a ‘salt and water’ solution.
