宮崎Ⅱ法 (External Extension Method; EE法 皮膚外健常組織伸展法)による切除前処置例です（case1背部1）。 手術に先行して切除予定部分外周にナイロンテグスを掛け、外翻させるように周囲健常組織を強く伸展させます。2-4週間ほど伸展させた後、１度で切除を完了します。 本症例（背部）はレーザー照射と合わせて施行しています。 このケースは１期的に切除可能な例だったかもしれませんが、他領域の多くの処置と同時施術だったため本法を行っています。 この処置を根気強く行うことでかなりの皮膚伸展がもたらされるので単純切除を繰り返す場合よりもはるかに少ない手術回数で切除可能です。反面皮膚伸展中はやや煩わしさはあります。しかし入浴等日常生活は通常通り可能です。 愛知県豊橋市のアイ美容外科 豊橋院 宮崎クリニックwww.toyohashi-ai.jp 名古屋タワーサイドクリニックnagoya-tsc.jp
